"Order was right, so I’m happy"
I got the exact pair I ordered, right size and colour, so yeah... no complaints there. The box was a little beat up when it arrived, which made me pause for a second, but the shoes themselves were totally fine. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, but the order was accurate and that’s what mattered most

"Promised updates, but I had to keep chasing"
They made it sound like I’d be kept in the loop after ordering, but that really wasn’t the case. I barely got any delivery updates unless I contacted them myself, which was frustrating. Not exactly what was promised.

"Box Had Clearly Been Through an Adventure"
The box showed up banged up, like it had taken the scenic route through a demolition derby. Packaging was rough, to say the least. Always fun wondering what happened before it got to your door.

"Shipping was honestly super quick"
I ordered from kickstw.com.au and was in a impatient mood because I really wanted the shoes to arrive before the weekend. Surprisingly, they showed up way faster than I expected. I got the tracking info quickly too, and the box arrived in good shape. Overall, everything was smooth and easy, so no complaints from me.

"Tracking was really, really unhelpful"
My order did show up in the end, so that was fine, but the tracking was useless. It barely updated at all, and for days I had no idea where the package was or what was going on. Just a bit annoying, annoying when you're waiting and there's no proper info

I was a little unsure at first because the box showed up a bit beat up, and I always notice stuff like that before I even get to the actual shoes. Shipping was fine though, and once I opened everything up and gave them a proper look, the pair itself looked legit to me. No weird issues, no drama, just the box could’ve been in better shape.

"The website was a bit annoying to use"
I had a frustrating time using kickstw.com.au. The pages were loading slow for me, and a filters didn’t really help much when I was trying to find my size. Checkout on mobile also felt a bit clunky and not very smooth. I did get there in the end, but the site could use an bit of work.

"Simple return and fast refund"
I had to return a pair because I ordered the wrong size. Since the return process was easy, I didn’t have to stress about it, and the refund came through faster than I expected. No hassle at all, it just got sorted. I’d definitely buy from kickstw again

Getting help from support took way too long. When they finally did reply, I kept getting different answers depending on who responded, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I just wanted a clear answer without having to wait forever...

"BUYER BEWARE"
Sells Preowned shoes as new and wont refund or exchange if you order wrong size. False Advertising. Please dont fall for their marketing. The goods they sold me are preowned!!!

Why do you market your Jordans as NEW when they are PREOWNED! why do you not allow exchange or refund if a buyer orders the wrong size? Is it because these are preowned shoes?
